Why Choose To Take Apple Certification Exams?

Apple is a great company in the IT world. Their exams, their products and just about anything to do with Apple seems to be getting more and more popular by the day. Apple certifications are an excellent qualification to pick up for anyone that aspires to be in the IT industry. The popularity of their technology and computers as a whole means that there is a great demand in the workplace for people that have Apple certifications. They are in fact listed as being some of the best certifications that you can have under your belt in the year 2012.

The certification exams are of course made and developed by the company Apple INC. Each one reaches out to those that want to be credible when it comes to computers and information technology as a whole. System administrators, professional computer users, technicians, help desk support staff and of course technical support staff all over the world are benefiting from taking Apple exams.

The company was opened in 1976 and is located in California. They sell computers and are very well known for their iPod, iPad and of course the software programs that are associated and can be used in conjunction with this range of products. Their computers work off of a Macintosh computer base and therefore the Apple certification exams are becoming very popular. You can go far by getting certified for one of the many Apple exams out there on the market.

Pretty Luna Moth in our Yard!

The kids were playing and our puppy brought them something special, a Luna moth. It was the first time for us all to see a Luna moth. The kids thought it was a big butterfly. I don't know what to say because it does mimic the butterfly but, I was puzzled as I did not see any green butterfly in our yard before plus, the tail made a big difference.

Hubby came home and we showed him the moth. He got on his smart phone and searched for it. There we knew, that it is called Luna moth. So beautiful. I thought moths are only comes in brown color and does not get as big liked this Luna. Oh, I loved nature and the wonders that it brings.

Organic Cabbage "Bok Choy" Seeds

I love Bok Choy, it is available in our local Asian Store. The fresh Bok Choy vegetable usually comes in big pack for $5.00 something each, depends on how heavy it is. I loved mixing it with my pork soup. Bok Choy can also be tasty when it sauteed with some pork or fish. Since, I loved to eat this kind of vegetable and we have our garden. I bought some seeds to plant. That way, I will have my own harvest from my own garden.

Thursday Favorite Things Blog Hop- Green Papaya Pickle- Filipino Recipe

This is a perfect appetizer for any grilled fish, pork, chicken and other meat. The ingredients and directions on how to make this below:

1.) Rice vinegar but for me, I used any white distilled vinegar- 4 cups
2.) White sugar-1 1/2 cups
3.) Salt- 3 tablespoons
4.) Garlic cloves-  4 pieces, thinly sliced
5.) Fresh ginger (very important)- 1 to 2 inch piece, peeled, cut into strips
6.) Black pepper- 1 teaspoon, freshly ground
7.) GREEN PAPAYA- about 2 pounds, peeled, seeded and grated
8.) Carrot- 1 large and grated
9.) Red and Yellow peppers- cut in strips, one of each pepper
10.) Red onion- 1 large, cut in half and sliced thinly

1.) In a large nonreactive saucepan, over high heat, combine the vinegar, sugar, 1 Tablespoon of the salt, the garlic, and ginger. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar and salt.
2.) Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer until the flavors are well combined, 15 to 20 minutes.
3.) Add the ground black pepper. Cool to room temperature, cover and refrigerate overnight.
4.) In large nonreactive bowl, toss together the papaya, carrots, peppers, and onion with the remaining 2 tablespoons salt. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
5.) Line a colander with a double layer of rinsed cheese-cloth. Place the papaya mixture in the coriander and rinse well under running water. Pull up the ends of the cloth and squeeze to remove excess moisture. As Amy suggested “You may need to do this in two batches”.
6.) Transfer the papaya mixture to a bowl and pour enough of the pickling solution over to cover it. (Reserve any excess solution for marinades, dipping sauces, or similar uses.) Achara (papaya pickle) keeps for up to 6 months stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.

Thursday Favorite Things Blog Hop- Apple Cider Vinegar

I was not aware of Apple Cider Vinegar before and its health benefits, until I had a stubborn pimples on my forehead. I was searching for treatment on how to get rid off the stubborn pimples and the ACV or Apple Cider Vinegar came up as one of the result. Surprisingly, it has many uses and benefits. I read in different article that it can also help in loosing some weight. I still have baby fats that wants to get rid off after giving birth to my son, a year ago.
So, I bought the two different kinds of ACV and so excited to start my journey in loosing  some pounds. Followed the instructions which was 1-2 tsps organic vinegar in 8 oz glass purified water . And to be taken 3x daily upon arising, mid-morning and mid-afternoon. Crossing my fingers for a positive result! :) Anyone here have try this ACV before?

Argyle Tights Pattern

I liked to wear tights specially these days; that there are so many cool designs that any woman can choose. Just like the tights in the photo; it has "ARGYLE" designs. The pattern is very stylish.

This is perfect to show off when you are wearing mini skirt or a mini dress. The only thing that I don't really like to deal when it comes to tights is the washing part.

You cannot put tights in the washing machine. Therefore, hand washing is the only way of washing to preserve its beauty! :)
